How it works
Families can log onto KinderWait by registering with their regional or state agency. They complete their eligibility information and indicate the programs they are interested in, and that information is store within your KinderSystems solution. Families can enter their initial applications and maintain and update their application data at their convenience. Agencies using the system can always monitor client and applicant access and review changes and perform searches by zip code, family name, program type, and more.

Using KinderWait, you can immediately view current child care provider openings and identify families eligible for slots in those programs. After you select a family for a particular program, you can export that data into third-party child care management systems. KinderWait even generates program approval and denial letters for you automatically.
