Founded as Controltec, focusing on Custom Software Development

1997

Developed first version of KinderTrack, customized child care subsidy system and KinderWait wait list solution

2000

“Productized” KinderTrack child care subsidy system

First in nation to do Internet-based attendance capture

First to offer swipe card for tracking attendance

2003

Created CenterTrack, a child care management system for center-based agencies

First to use biometrics in attendance capture

2009

Created stand-alone provider portal, allowing for digital attendance tracking and downloading documents (KinderConnect)

Created API with child care management system ProCare as a bridge to using existing provider systems for attendance capture (KinderBridge)

Launched program integrity offering using predictive analytics to detect and prevent fraud

Acquisition of COPA as expansion into HeadStart and Early Childhood systems
