Bob Roepke is KinderSystems’ Chief Financial Officer, leading our finance team and overseeing all financial and accounting operations to ensure fiscal soundness and operational excellence. A seasoned financial executive with a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing efficiency, Bob has extensive experience in strategic finance, M&A, and team building. His MBA from UCLA Anderson and BS from Lehigh University provide a strong foundation for his career in financial management and strategic planning.

Outside of the Office
Outside of the office, I enjoy domestic and international travel, exploring new cultures and cuisines. I find creative outlets through cooking, painting, and music. Staying active is important to me, so I love biking, hiking, and rowing. Most importantly, I cherish spending quality time with family and friends.
