Stacy is responsible for leading customer growth at KinderSystems. She joins us with over 20 years of experience growing another SaaS software company where she focused on new sales, up and cross sales, marketing, customer success, accounting, and client retention. She has a computer science degree from Kennesaw State University.
Stacy enjoys working with her team’s unique natural abilities and coaching them to new levels. One of her favorite quotes is by Richard Branson, “Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to.” When Stacy describes her leadership style, she feels as though she does not fit into one style, but rather pulls the positive attributes from each style to create her own unique style.
Stacy was looking to make a difference and have new challenges in the Early Childhood Care industry. What she likes most about KinderSystems is the people they serve, including a market she is familiar with (Head Start). Stacy has always had a passion for children, especially children in underprivileged environments.
Stacy enjoys streamlining processes and helping her team solve problems, just like how our software solutions streamline processes in the Early Childhood Education industry.
Stacy volunteers at a local co-op and sponsors families during the holidays. She enjoys providing food and shopping for presents for the entire family, including the parents who are typically forgotten during the holidays. She also volunteers at local animal shelters and assisted living centers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and relaxing by the pool.
